1. What is TBonx? TBonx is a digital entertainment platform operated by TBON TV Programs, Commercials & Visual Materials Production Co. It offers exclusive video content, events, and promotions through a coin-based system.

2. Who can use TBonx? TBonx is intended for users who are 18 years old or above, or of legal age in their country of residence. A valid email and mobile number are required to create an account and access content.

3. What is the TBonx Coin Wallet? The TBonx Coin Wallet is a virtual wallet used to purchase content and access platform features. • 1 Coin = 1 Philippine Peso (PHP) • Coins can be topped up using supported payment methods • Coins are used to unlock premium content or participate in events

4. Can I get a refund after topping up coins? All top-up transactions are final and non-refundable, except when required by applicable laws in the Philippines. If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact cs@tbonx.com.

5. How do I join promotional events or ticket giveaways? Promotions tied to physical or virtual events follow specific mechanics stated by TBonx. Make sure to read the event details carefully. Any awarded tickets are non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.

6. Can I share or distribute the content I watch on TBonx? No. All content on TBonx is protected by copyright. You are only granted a limited, personal viewing license. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
