TBON TV PROGRAMS, COMMERCIALS & VISUAL MATERIALS PRODUCTION CO.

("TBonx") welcomes you to our digital platform. By accessing and using the TBonx website, application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. USE OF THE PLATFORM The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction to register, top-up, or consume content. Upon registration, users agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. TBonx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

2. ACCOUNT SECURITY Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account. TBonx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the user's failure to safeguard their account information. In case of unauthorized use or breach of security, users must immediately notify TBonx.

3. TBonx Coin Wallet and Transactions TBonx operates a Coin Wallet system on the platform. Key details: 1 Coin = 1 Philippine Peso (PHP). Users may top-up their Coin Wallet using available payment methods. Coins may be used to access premium content, participate in promotions, or redeem event-related benefits where applicable. All top-up transactions are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law. TBonx reserves the right to modify coin pricing, content pricing, or promotional offerings at its discretion.

4. EVENT ACCESS AND TICKET REDEMPTION For promotional campaigns tied to physical events (e.g., ticket giveaways), users must follow the official mechanics stated by TBonx. TBonx shall not be responsible for external event changes, cancellations, or issues arising from third-party organizers. Virtual tickets awarded through platform activities are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

5. CONTENT ACCESS AND USAGE All content on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, images, text, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to TBonx. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view content for personal use only. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform’s content without TBonx's prior written consent.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Users must not: Engage in unlawful activities on the Platform. Circumvent or attempt to breach platform security. Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights. Abuse, hack, or manipulate the Coin Wallet system or content access mechanisms. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

7. PRIVACY User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available at: https://www.tbonx.com/privacy By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Notice.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TBonx provides the Platform “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TBonx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

9. TERMINATION TBonx reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in any activity that may harm the Platform or its community.

10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11. AMENDMENTS TBonx may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
